Immediate maintenance of the neoclassical "Pyrna" of 1900 was required. It started as a hotel, where Theodoros Angelopoulos' film was shot and the President of the Centre Union George Mavros stayed. Leonidas Pantazopoulos solved the problems with a complete restoration and preserved its character and aesthetics.

AMERICAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Leonidas Pantazopoulos successfully supported the continuous struggle for the optimization of ACS, by implementing 2 new spaces. A versatile café with the possibility of transforming into a theatre stage as well as classes for children with special needs subsidized by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre.

It was a very demanding project carried out by the office of Leonidas Stylianos Pantazopoulos that required a proper study of the structure, absolute accuracy in measurements and application to lock the connections, button the tanks accurately and apply the machinery as required.

HOLY MONASTERY OF THE PROPHET ELIJAH OF THERA

Due to the increased attendance of monks, visitors and maintenance of the material and technical infrastructure, there was a need to expand the cells of the monastery. We entrusted Leonidas Pantazopoulos with the implementation of the building design of the extension. He carried it out successfully, respecting the 311 years of the monastery's tradition in terms of construction, function and aesthetics.

With Leonidas Pantazopoulos we renovated the dome in Santorini that was given by the state because of the earthquake of 1956. The space now resembles a luxury hotel with a Jacuzzi. The design solutions unified it harmoniously, utilized all the spaces and elevated its appearance. It is an absolute experience to live in it.
