If addressed properly these six issues he will thrive and reach eudemonia. The office of Leonidas Pantazopoulos is a continuation of the office of Stylianos Pantazopoulos and Maria Pantazopoulou. It started as Panhellenic Technical Construction Company PAN.TEK. Ltd. and has been operating smoothly since 1964, for the last fifty-eight years. It offers services in every aspect of the build environment, new constructions, renovations, reinforcements, studies of all kinds, photorealistic, building permits, supervisions and economic-technical studies of any size. Our supervisions and contracts, the implementation of our proposals and studies, bring the same quality control and positive result as our award-winning projects. Our satisfactory course in time guarantees a successful result.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The challenge we face in managing our projects is to ensure that the project is executed and delivered with defined constraints in mind. A project is a set of activities selected in order to achieve the predetermined goals.
The office of Leonidas Pantazopoulos is a continuation of the office of Stylianos Pantazopoulos – Panhellenic Technical Construction Company PAN.TEK. Ltd. and has been operating since 1964, for the last fifty-eight years. It offers services for renovations, reinforcements, new constructions, studies of all kinds, photorealistic, building permits, supervisions and economic-technical studies of any size. Our supervisions and contracts, the implementation of our proposals and studies, bring the same quality control and positive result as our award-winning projects. Our satisfactory course in time guarantees a successful result.
Stelios Pantazopoulos graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the University of Athens and in parallel with his military service he opened two tuition centers for high school children in Petralona. He changed his mind and direction, however, and went to the Polytechnic where he graduated from the School of Civil Engineering. The first technical office opened it in the center of Athens and started with house studies, building permits and supervision. In the beginning, alone and with the increase of the clients, his office grew with employees and associate engineers of other specialties.
He proceeded with studies and supervisions of hotels such as Tzathas in Kamena Vourla, factories such as the Fanestropoulos Pipeworks in Thebes.
At the time of the consideration, in addition to studies and supervision of apartment buildings, he also made their constructions. He created his own teams of electricians, blacksmiths and set up a carpentry factory in Nea Liosia in order to be served directly but also to produce for third parties.
In the 43 years of its participation in the construction, it acquired about 600 private clients.
At the same time, his office also carried out Public Works, having obtained a Class D Contracting degree. He carried out construction projects such as the Tropaion and Dimitsana Health Center, which also won the First Prize. Road construction projects in the municipalities of Athens, Tavros, etc. Port projects such as the SELMAN factory in Vasilika, Evia. ‘Rainwater and Sewerage Plumbing Projects of the Ministry of Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works, Municipality of Athens, Nikaia, Perama, Tavros, Byron, Drosia, Anoixi Communities. For the execution of Public and private projects he recommended companies, PADEK Ltd., SETEK Ltd., EU companies, OE and Joint Ventures in which he was the manager.
He was the first to bring to Greece the American machine GOMACO from Belgium which automatically with special molds manufactures curbs and concrete safety bars, the well-known New Jersey that exist in the middle of the National roads for protection or on the edge of cliffs depending on the required mold. With this machine he made public works such as in Gravia, in Megaloupoli and from private he made all the curbs in the settlement of Drafi, Attica, of the “O PAN” cooperative. His technical office at the beginning was on George Street, then 18 Kapodistriou, 3 Iou, Athens and 6 Anoixeos Square in Anoixi, Attica.
In the meantime, Stelios Pantazopoulos served for 4 ½ in DEPOS SA (Public Urban Planning and Housing Service) responsible for all construction outside the major cities, of which he was president. He took it ready for dismantling and managed to stand it up and close important projects such as the Arcadian village in (North Kynouria) for them, its regeneration Square villages such as Vytina, Towns such as Megalopolis and others. Being in exile in Karpenisi, he prepared bid studies in Municipality for the main fountain in the square and a park to its left entrance to the city. Later, in Granitsa, Evritania, he studied without compensation and with personal manual work together with residents and managed to build a 52-meter-long pedestrian bridge on the Granitsiotis River in Kato Potamia, Granitsa. Until then the inhabitants they used a manual chair. In Granitsa he also did
offer the construction study of the church of Agios Panteleimon. Died in 2007, 72 years old, practicing engineer. He managed to pass on his knowledge and experiences to the follower of his office and his son, Leonidas Pantazopoulos, architect engineer, environmentalist with decent studies at universities of London…
